Delivery

We are always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Usually, it takes 24h to get the e-bike ready to ship with the following ways: 

1. Ship your Aurelia in its carton. This means you need to do the final assembling of the front part of the bike (fork, handlebar, wheel). Not recommended if you have not done it before! 
2. Ship your Aurelia fully assembled and charged, ready to ride! 

Shipping from our warehouse in Naxos to our partner warehouses in Athens is free of charge! 

Shipping cost from Athens to the rest of the country is paid from the customer. Usually prices vary from 10-40 euros per bike.  

Once you order your e-bike, you will receive an order confirmation email from our e-shop team. 

Before your order ships, we will contact you to arrange the method of shipping and delivery details. Make sure you have correctly written your contacts during the order process. 

Orders containing merchandise and/or parts and accessories may take an additional twenty-four (24) hours to process.

For all international orders, you can place the order via our website, but we will contact you directly for additional arrangements regarding the shipment. In all international orders, you are solely responsible for ensuring you comply with all applicable local/state/federal regulations concerning the import and use of electric bicycles. 

Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item is shipped, are cancelled automatically. 

If you would like to change the color of your e-bike, you must do so prior to your order being shipped.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of any parcel service.
